Give The Police Their Due

Hilarious things happen to everyone. For instance, I was recently exposed to my naked reflection.

Anyway, some might know that once upon a time I was a proper rock star. Damn right. I did the whole apprenticeship. Yeah, my ship sank, but I wasn't the captain. Damn it, I'm only a drummer.

What's In A Name?

Someone got me thinking about names recently, but I forgot who and even after trawling through links and blogs I still don't know who it was. So if it was you, thanks, because this is a story that kills me.

Teenage Kicks My Arse

Lightning Bug's Butt recently mentioned that "wisdom" teeth, coming as they do for 17 year old teenagers, should in fact be called "MTV-watching, know-it-all-punk who can’t take out the garbage" teeth. I agree. Oh, I so agree.

Old Halloweens Past

Can you catch something off the Internet? Ubermilf got ill recently, and now me and Baby E are both sick. I think the evidence is there for all to see.

Still, I've got such a backlog of stuff that I want to post that I'm dragging my weary bones to the computer. The fact is I'll damn well lose all this stuff if I don't get it up on here soon!

So, I'm going to start with Halloween. The reasons for this are very simple:

  • The pictures are still on the computer, and haven't been stashed away on CDs for me to root through
  • I've only picked three photos to edit and post
  • This suits me because I'm lazy

So, without further ado, I'd like to present to you Halloween chez the Owly White House.

Baboon Typing

Misty

morning dew poppies

The problem with having started this site is that now I can't stop thinking about it. At all. I even dream about it. I wake up and wonder if I did it or dreamt it. This is probably not healthy.

Progress By Inches...

Once again, big thanks go out to Kris, and also Angela for helping me iron out some of the bugs in the comments. All appears to be working properly now.

Fixed a bug and added search

Kris let me know by email that there was a problem with the comments in that valid web addresses were being refused. This was a problem with the web server that I hadn't foreseen, and I've had to use a workaround. Hopefully it is now working properly - it has been from where I am. If you're having any problems with the website, I'd really be grateful to hear from you. Thanks ever so much Kris!

Comments Are Here!

Evelyn in Autumn

Now you can answer me back! I know, you're thrilled...

Things are in test stages, so there's only comments on limited items at the moment. The comments will be rolled out gradually depending on how stable they prove to be.
